Thelma Parker Memorial Public and School Library in Waimea will host Using the Internet, a workshop designed for beginners, from 10 a.m.-noon March 30 in the library meeting room. All participants must bring their own devices. The event is free and open to the public.
Arthur Goshtasby, an emeritus professor of computer science and engineering at Wright University in Ohio, will lead the course.
The workshop will describe internet basics and introduce various information and services available online.
